Marketing a small business is certainly not easy – especially in a recessed economy. How do you keep up with the latest trend and incorporate what will work best for your company? This is a question that I get almost daily from clients. Kherize5 works with small businesses to leverage their brand by creating and promoting in a manner that works best for them.
We are creating a series of posts that will be resources for small business marketing. These posts will address marketing and advertising with the goal of providing resources for success.
As a small business owner it can be difficult to juggle all the tasks of the day that go into running the business. Marketing and advertising always tend to get pushed to tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. It is always a struggle to find enough time in the day to get it all done.
I recently was reading a blog posted by Justin Levy from New Marketing Labs. Justin is involved in many things and his post “Being the Chief of Stuff” really explains the life of a small business owner. I personally could relate well to this post and it made me think about how as small business owners we can learn from this. Chief of stuff is not limited to the business, it is at home too. I am chief of stuff at home although my 4 year old son tries to be King of Stuff with trying to learn how to do laundry, mop floors, leave cars around all over, etc.
I hope that you find the series of posts useful and provide value to your company.
