Missing posts from friends? Miss out on “fans only” coupons from your fanned retailers for the shopping weekend? Never fear, Facebook has a cure with Facebook lists! Facebook lists work similar to Twitter lists where you can put friends or fan pages into lists and click on the list to see only those on the list status updates. This is a neat tool as it is much faster to place people into groups and then read updates from them in a list as opposed to continuously hitting “older posts.”
How to Create Facebook Lists
1. Left side under News Feeds, click More.
2. “Create New List” appears and you click on that.
3. Name the list (fave stores, fave team fans)
4. Start adding members by clicking on their photo thumbnail.
That’s all. 4 easy steps and you have a list. No-one can see your list, no-one knows if they are on a list. Created for you, by you and for your eyes only.
